Refund Policy
We want you to succeed with BuzzAgentsAI, which is why we offer a 30-day conditional refund guarantee. To ensure fairness, refunds are only available if you’ve given the software and training an honest try.
Refund Eligibility
To qualify, you must complete all of the following and provide proof with your refund request:
- Complete the full BuzzAgentsAI training course and submit all exercises to support.
- Create at least one campaign inside the software.
- Set up your Instagram profile exactly as shown in the training.
- Create and publish content, and show proof that you attempted to send traffic to your affiliate link.
- If requesting due to bugs, work with our support team first. Only unfixable bugs that materially prevent use, with documented proof (screenshots, error logs, recordings), are eligible.
How to Request a Refund
- Submit a ticket at support.vineasx.com with subject line “Refund Request.”
- Attach all proof listed above.
- Refunds are processed within 3-4 business days once approved.
No-Obligation Refund Situations
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind, mistaken purchase, lack of expertise, goodwill requests, or personal emergencies.
Installment Plans
If you purchased via a split-payment plan, you are legally obligated to pay all installments. Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be canceled mid-term. Non-payment may result in access suspension and collections.
After Refund
If approved, all licenses and access are revoked immediately. Continuing to use BuzzAgentsAI after a refund is a violation of this agreement and intellectual property law.
Support & Updates
One-time fee purchases include 12 months of support and updates. Extensions or upgrades are non-refundable.
